What Is Neurofeedback?
The Brain, Optimized Through Feedback
Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, is an evidence-based approach that monitors and retrains brainwave activity to improve cognitive and emotional function. Through real-time visual and auditory feedback, the brain learns to self-correct inefficient patterns, enhancing focus, memory, mood, and resilience. Itβs a proven tool for practitioners and a transformative experience for clients
How It Works
Understanding the Process
Brain Activity Assessment
Your session begins with a comfortable, sensor-equipped cap placed gently on your head. The cap reads your brainβs electrical activity (EEG) completely pain-free and noninvasive, allowing us to see how different areas of your brain are functioning in real time.
Personalized Training Plan
We received your protocol report, a detailed analysis of your brainwave patterns. Our team reviews this report with you to understand how your brain functions in both active (eyes open) and relaxed (eyes closed) states. Using these insights, we create a custom neurofeedback plan.
Training Sessions
During each 20-minute session, the sensors monitor your brainwaves while the system provides instant feedback through visual or auditory cues. As your brain responds, it learns to adjust its activity, similar to exercise for the brain, supporting better balance, focus, and emotional regulation over time.
Lasting Results
As sessions progress, most clients notice gradual improvements in clarity, calm, and mental performance. Practitioners can track measurable changes in brainwave activity, showing how the brain has learned to self-regulate more efficiently, with lasting benefits that extend beyond the session.
